PrivateCloud.bg may also reschedule a consultation if needed due to availability, technical issues, emergencies, or other reasonable circumstances.
For paid sessions, cancellation or refund terms may depend on the specific service, timing, and whether preparation or work has already started.
8. Technical recommendations
Our recommendations are based on the information available at the time of consultation, assessment, or project work.
Technology environments can change quickly. Infrastructure, security, cloud platforms, software systems, and business requirements may require ongoing review and maintenance.
PrivateCloud.bg aims to provide practical and reliable guidance, but we cannot guarantee that any recommendation will prevent all downtime, data loss, cyber incidents, software issues, or operational disruptions.
9. Third-party services and tools
Our work may involve third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, cloud services, plugins, applications, or integrations.
PrivateCloud.bg is not responsible for the availability, pricing, policies, performance, updates, limitations, or security practices of third-party providers.
Where third-party tools are recommended, the final decision to purchase, subscribe, configure, or continue using them remains the responsibility of the client.
10. Confidentiality
We treat client information with care and professionalism.
During consultations or projects, we may receive information about your business, systems, workflows, infrastructure, or technical challenges. We will use this information only for the purpose of providing requested services, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
You should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive data unless it is required for the agreed service.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website content, branding, text, designs, concepts, documents, templates, technical materials, and other materials created by PrivateCloud.bg remain the intellectual property of PrivateCloud.bg or its respective owners.
Client-specific deliverables may be used by the client for internal business purposes once payment and agreed terms have been completed.
Third-party software, licenses, documentation, trademarks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Limitation of liability
PrivateCloud.bg provides services with reasonable care and professional effort.
However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrivateCloud.bg is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of data, system downtime, or issues caused by third-party services, client-side changes, incomplete information, or unauthorized access.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not allowed by applicable law.
